Shelley Eggleton, CEO of Bartlett Strategy Group, LLC, brings more than 32 years of experience in the home health care industry. Her background spans county-owned, hospital-based, and free-standing home health agencies, providing comprehensive operational and regulatory expertise.

She holds a bachelor’s degree from Binghamton University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and serves as a Fellow to the Company Leadership Academy and serves as a Board Member of the Home Care Association of New York State.

As the owner of a specialized consulting firm, Shelley provides expert guidance in operations, coding, OASIS review, plan of care development, policies and procedures, survey plans of correction, QAPI, CQI programs, chart audits, and visit note auditing. Supporting agencies in achieving regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and sustained quality improvement.

Adept at strategic planning, team development, and performance-based care delivery in fast-paced, regulated environments. She published a chapter in the Core Curriculum for Case Management and achieved certification as a

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt for operational efficiencies.

Nancy Lainhart serves as Director of Quality Auditing at Bartlett Strategy Group, where she brings more than 25 years of nursing experience and deep expertise in compliance, regulatory standards, and clinical documentation integrity. With a strong foundation in healthcare operations, Nancy is dedicated to helping organizations strengthen quality outcomes while navigating complex regulatory environments with confidence.
Throughout her career, Nancy has worked across hospice, home care, and clinical documentation improvement (CDI), developing a comprehensive understanding of both patient-centered care and the systems that support it. Her extensive auditing experience allows her to identify opportunities for improvement, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote best practices that enhance organizational performance.
Nancy is known for her meticulous attention to detail, collaborative approach, and commitment to excellence. She partners with clients and internal teams to create practical, sustainable solutions that elevate quality standards while supporting clinical teams in delivering exceptional care.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Keuka College in Keuka Park, New York.
