ShelleyEggleton, CEO of Bartlett Strategy Group, LLC, brings more than 32 years of experience in the home health care industry. Her background spans county-owned, hospital-based, and free-standing home health agencies, providing comprehensive operational and regulatory expertise.

She holds a bachelor’s degree from Binghamton University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and serves as a Fellow of the Advisory Board Company Leadership Academy and serves as a Board Member of the Home Care Association of New York State.

As the owner of a specialized consulting firm, Shelley provides expert guidance in operations, coding, OASIS review, plan of care development, policies and procedures, survey plans of correction, QAPI, CQI programs, chart audits, and visit note auditing. Supporting agencies in achieving regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and sustained quality improvement.
