Shelley Eggleton, MBA, BS, RN, and Owner/CEO

Shelley Eggleton, MBA, BS, RN is the owner and CEO of the Bartlett Strategy Group, LLC. She has an extensive background in the home health care industry with nearly 30 years of experience. Her career has included administrative roles in county-owned, hospital-based, and free-standing home health care agencies.

Shelley holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Binghamton and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. In 2025, she obtained her CHAP Certified Consultant designation. Shelley is a current Board Member of the Home Care Association of New York State and a Fellow of the Advisory Board Company Leadership Academy, indicating her commitment to professional development.

Shelley resides in Upstate New York but frequently travels to New York City and various locations within New York State to assist clients. Her role as CEO involves a hands-on approach, working closely with clients to meet their various needs.
